At the jobsite located at 801 W. Wilson, Ottawa, Kansas employees performing spray painting activities were exposed to respiratory hazards in that the employer had not established and implemented a written respiratory protection program for required respirator use. Employees were required to use 3M full face respirators while working with Sherloxane 800 part A and B, a possible carcinogen.
