29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a. On or about March 19, 2024, at the bank teller area (drive-thru shoot wall). Three two-plug electrical receptacles with exposed conductors did not have a face plate cover. One of the receptacles was used as a power source for equipment such as audio and video consoles exposing employees to an electrical hazard. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
