Employees working in the backroom were exposed to potential injury from fire and other emergencies from boxes of material, cardboard and a rolling ladder restricting the entrance to the backroom from the Team Service Center.  Instance C.  Employees working in the backroom were exposed to potential injury from fire and other emergencies from a stack of blue wooden pallets restricting the width of backroom aisle 34.  Instance D.  Employees working in the backroom were exposed to potential injury from fire and other emergencies from  U-boats loaded with miscellaneous merchandise and a stand pipe restricting the width of the aisle that runs perpendicular to the aisles in the backroom.  Instance E.  Employees working int he backroom were exposed to potential injury from fire and other emergencies from a flat cart/U-boat of merchandise restricting the width of backroom aisle 35.
