On or about March 19 2024 employees engaged in roofing work without fall protection were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 10-feet to the ground below. Victor Aguilar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643987, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/3/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 8608 Angel Gardens Dr. Ft. Worth Tx 76179.
