At a commercial worksite located at 2406 W Spring Dr, Ozark MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were not wearing/using any kind of personal fall arrest system. This exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than 40 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 3/19/2024.
