29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At a commercial worksite located at 2406 W Spring Dr, Ozark MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were not wearing/using any kind of personal fall arrest system. This exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than 40 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 3/19/2024.
