29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a)  a) New residential construction located at Lot 17 Enclave at Brookstone, on roof trusses: On or about March 19, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards at approximately 20-feet, 2 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing  and roofing activities  b) New residential construction located at Lot 18 Enclave at Brookstone, on roof trusses: On or about March 19, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards at approximately 20-feet, 2 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing  and roofing activities  c) New residential construction located at Lot 19 Enclave at Brookstone, on roof trusses: On or about March 19, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards at approximately 20-feet, 2 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing  and roofing activities  A & C Construction Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673014, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11-22-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 383 MCDONOUGH RD, FAYETTEVILLE, GA 30214.  A & C Construction Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673992, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 09-29-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 615 Clarke Lake Estates, Grayson, GA 30017.  A & C Construction Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1718349, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 02-13-2024, with respect to a workplace located at Enclave at Brookstone Lot 52
