29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in steel erection activity who is on a walking/ working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems.  (a) On March 20, 2024, at or near the location of the corner of South 26th Street and Lockheed Drive, Bismarck, ND employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 15 feet when working on the installation of roof panels of a steel erected building.
