Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) 1199 Blueschool Road, Perkasi, PA 18944 - dry cutting area: On or about March 20, 2024, access to the electrical service panel was blocked and the area was used for storage of materials. Employees are exposed to electric shock and fire hazards.
