29 CFR  1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(A): Temporary wiring feeders did not originate in a distribution center:  a. 823 South 18th St, Newark NJ  The employer did not have temporary wiring feeders originate in a distribution center.  Employees used a duplex receptacle connected to a street light. The employees attached extension cords to the duplex outlets to power tools and equipment at the residential building under construction, exposing them to electrical hazards at 120 volts.  Violation observed on 03/20/24
