29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8):The employer did not ensure that portable containers into which hazardous chemicals were transferred from labeled containers and which were not intended for the immediate use of the person doing the transfer, were properly labeled. On or about 20 March 2024 employees of Midwest Sterilization Corporation were filling unlabeled oxygen tanks to store for later use.
