CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment were not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Kitchen Break Room, where a 7-outlet 120V 15amp APC surge protector was used to provide power to a Keurig Mocha K70 Coffee Maker, a toaster, and a Chefman Electric Kettle. b) Supervisory Special Agent's Office, where a 8-Outlet 120V 15-amp APC Schneider Electric SurgeArrest Home/Office surge protector was daisy chained to a 7-outlet 120V 15-amp APC surge protector, that was also daisy chained to another 7-outlet 120V 15amp APC surge protector used to supply power to office equipment.
