29 CFR  1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:  Location: 777 Jefferson Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054   a)	The employer did not ensure that proper load securing methods were used to prevent a 2000 pound pallet of plywood from falling from the trailer during unloading.  An improperly secured load slid out of the trailer when the employee unlatched both doors simultaneously to unload at the loading docks,  striking the employee in both legs.   Violation occurred on or about February 23, 2024
