29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about February 22, 2024, an employee suffered an injury to the legs while closing a lid on his tractor trailer resulting an in-patient hospitalization and employer failed to report to OSHA within the 24-hour reporting period. OSHA was notified of the incident on or about March 8, 2024.
