29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  On or about March 21, 2024, electrical service panels were not readily accessible in the following areas:  a. At the janitorial room area, materials such as broom handles, broom, plastic closed dustpan, paint trays, and wet floor safety cone were stored below two electrical panels.   b. At the IT room area, a work station table with computer and monitor and other similar computer equipment were placed in front of four electrical panels.   c. At the receiving area, a large metal storage cabinet,  cardboard box and plastic crate were placed in front of an electrical panel. At the pricing office areas, extension cords were used to provide power to computer equipment and ran through holes in the ceiling in several locations.   b. At the conference room area, extension cords were used to provide power to phone equipment and ran through holes in the ceiling.  c. At the IT room area, two red extension cords were used to provide power to computer equipment in the pricing office area and ran through holes in the ceiling and plugged in two four plugs receptacles in this area.
