29 CFR  1926.25(a):Throughout this job site, during the course of construction operations, framing materials with nails, pipe and trash were lying in and adjacent to walkways and work areas, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.  a) Residential construction located at 2130 Park Lane, Roswell GA 30075, Third floor: On or about 3/21/2024, the employer exposed employees to trip and fall hazards while working on framing of a residential property.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) Residential construction located at 2130 Parkside Lane, ROSWELL, GA 30075. Framing: On or about 3/21/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working at heights above 23 feet from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while performing framing operations.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  a) Residential construction located at Parkside Lane, ROSWELL, GA 30075. Framing: On or about 3/21/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working at heights above 23 feet from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection training was not provided to employees performing framing operations.
