29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that met the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Job site, 4779 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 21, 2024, during sign replacement activities, the employer did not ensure that an employee used appropriate fall protection systems/devices when working at a height of up to approximately 12 feet or so in the air.
