29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Lot 26, On or about 03/21/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and fall hazards, in that training on hazard recognition to include Personal Protective Equipment and fall protection was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Lot 26, On or about March 21, 2024, the employer exposed employees to potential electric shock hazards, in that a hand-held circular saws had damaged strain relief which exposed internal insulated wires while engaged in framing activities as these cords were not repaired or removed from service prior to the start of the shift.
