29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or about March 21, 2024, under the packing table conveyor area: the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that electrical wiring coming from an electrical junction/gang box was not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints which could cause resistance. (b) On or about March 21, 2024, under the fryer conveyor area: the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that electrical wiring was not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints which could cause resistance.
