29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)Krohmer Plumbing, Inc. at 4451 Sooners Way #4, Rapid City, SD 57703: On or about and at times prior to March 21, 2024 the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards while conducting plumbing activities on the roof of a residential property. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
