29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7): The alternative method in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers did not identify the container to which it is applicable and did not convey the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6) a.) On or about March 21, 2024, in plant 1, employees worked at a kettle tank of molten zinc which did not have any identity or hazard warning label, and there was no alternative method that provided the information required for labels. b.) On or about March 21, 2024, in plant 2, employees worked at a kettle tank of molten zinc which did not have any identity or hazard warning label, and there was no alternative method that provided the information required for labels.
