29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At 10218 Desert Sands, Bldg. 3, San Antonio, Texas, 78216, On or about March 22, 2024, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet elevation to the ground below, while installing rafters, without being provided effective training in the recognition of fall hazards.
