29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about March 22, 2024, employees were performing framing work activities from the first floor of a residential building that was more than six(6) feet to the ground below and were not in use of fall protection. ANE Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1586511, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 20th, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10512 S.W. 37th Street, Yukon, OK 73099.
