29 CFR 1926.100(a):At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats. On or about March 20, 2024, one employee, without wearing a hard hat, was cutting wood and passing it over his head to his boss that was working above him; exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard.
