29 CFR 1926.100(a):At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats. On or about March 20, 2024, one employee was working on the ground without wearing a hard hat while another employee was hanging sheets of metal to the exterior of the building under construction, exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard.
