29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. At a worksite located at 1102 5th Ave, Saint Joseph, MO 64505: Employees were exposed to fire hazards. This was most recently documented on or about March 21, 2024, and at times prior to, when the employer did not provide walking-working surfaces that were free of hazards such as accumulation of shredded plastic materials. Shredded plastics materials, a combustible and explosive dust, was observed in the facility on elevated surfaces at a depth greater than 1.5 inches.
