29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about March 20, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite while workers were installing exterior insulation/siding to a home under construction; working at heights above approximately 10 feet from a site-made scaffold without fall protection, exposing workers to fall hazards.
