29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6):The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) On or about 3/19/2024, at the team locker room area of the site, Cheektowaga, NY. The flexible cord, that was used to power a hot water heater for temporary heat, had a broken ground prong. The broken ground prong was still inside receptacles but did not have permanent and continuous path to ground from circuits. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
