Lodge, building 13001: On and/or before March 19, 2024, employee(s) conducted cleaning tasks on with ECOLAB Revitalize Miracle Spotter (carpet and upholstery spotter). The employer did not ensure that the Safety Data Sheets for this facility were maintained for all products used in the facility and updated for employee(s) immediate use for instructional purposes. The condition potentially exposed employee(s) to the inability to render appropriate first aid where serious eye and skin irritation, redness, and/or dermatitis could occur in the event of accidental exposure.
