Non-destruction Inspection (NDI) Area: On and/or before March 20, 2024, the employer did not ensure the synthetic sling attached to the lifting hook(s) had affixed and legible identification markings including, but not limited to the rated load capacity markings or manufacturer's markings. This condition of unknown load limits of rigging equipment such as an endless bungee sling could potentially cause struck-by and/or crushed-by hazards.
