29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A): The energy control procedures did not contain a specific statement on the intended use of the procedure:   a) Cookies Department - The energy control procedures for the Line 4 Combination Depositor did not contain a specific statement on the intended use of the procedure, on or about March 25, 2024.  b) Soft Roll Line - The energy control procedures for the Diosna vertical food mixer did not contain a specific statement on the intended use of the procedure, on or about May 20, 2024.  c) Soft Roll Line - The energy control procedures for the Soft Roll Depanner did not contain a specific statement on the intended use of the procedure, on or about July 19, 2024.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Soft Roll Line - Employees were exposed to rotating parts while changing the mixing bowls at a Diosna vertical food mixer when the beaters were removed from and lowered into a bowl, on or about May 20, 2024.   b) Soft Roll Line - Employees were exposed to point of operation hazards while taking the temperature of the dough inside a Diosna vertical food mixing bowl near the unguarded beaters, on or about February 19, 2024.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible:   a) Cookies Department - The metal guard on the Line 4 combination compression depositor was not affixed or secured to the machine. The guard was readily removable by hand loosening two fasteners while the machine was energized, on or about March 1, 2024.  No abatement�certification or�documentation required.
