29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) At or near 329 Alfred Ave. Teaneck NJ, Interior Stairway tower #3 - ground to 1st Floor: Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while accessing the 1st floor utilizing a condrete stairway without any handrail, on or about 3/25/24. b) At or near 329 Alfred Ave. Teaneck NJ, Interior Stairway - Garage to Decatur Ave : Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 3 feet while accessing the side entrance utilizing a condrete stairway without any handrail, on or about 3/25/24. c) At or near 329 Alfred Ave. Teaneck NJ, Interior Stairway - Apt 615: Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while accessing the loft utilizing a wodden stairway without any handrail, on or about 3/25/24.
