Employee(s) were exposed to amputation hazards while cutting various types of meat and not utilizing the adjustable guard on the HOBART (model #6614) bandsaw located in the meat department.

Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while cutting various types of meat on the HOBART bandsaw (model #6614) without the use of hand tools, such as pusher plates to avoid contact with the rotating band saw blade.
