29 CFR 1910.9(b): Training on hazards and related matters such as standards requiring employees receive training or that the employer train employees, provide training to employees, or institute or implement a training program, were not effectively provided by the employer to each affected employee in the manner required by the standard. Location- Stock room Ulta Beauty, 1352 Park St., Stoughton, MA Stock Room: On March 26, 2024, employees were exposed to hazards associated with a delayed emergency evacuation of the building while working where boxes of merchandise, store equipment, and empty cardboard boxes obstructed the exit route in the stock room to less than the minimum width requirement of 28 inches, and the employer did not provide effective training on how to report and correct these hazards.
