29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New residential construction, Lot #55 at 5118 Goldsberry Lane Mableton GA. 30126, Roof: On or about 03/25/2024 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of at least 20+ feet from the top of the roof to ground level, in that, a fall protection system was not utilized by employees engaged in framing activities on a pitched roof. NN Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1536010, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/01/2021, with respect to a workplace located at New Residential Construction, Lot #44 at 5129 Dillingham Drive, Acworth, GA. 30101.
