Workshop - On or about November 27, 2023, a recordable injury occurred when an employee sustained an injury while using a grinder when the grinder wheel caught the material, kicked back, and cut the top of the employee's hand, resulting in sutures and the employee missing one day from work. The employer failed to record the injury within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury occurred.
