An unlabeled spray bottle did not provide the required information regarding the hazards presented by the chemical, which would allow employees to select appropriate control methods and protective equipment.  The Forest Service, Zig Zag Ranger District was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard1910.1200(f)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1594734, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07-12-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 70220 US-26 Rhododendron,, RHODODENDRON,OR,97049 .  The Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1910.1200 (f) (10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1685080, notice number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on10/25/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Forest Service, Walla Walla Ranger District, 1415 West Rose Street, Walla Walla, Washington 99362.
