29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (AMUTCD"), 1988 Edition, Revision 3, September 3, 1993, FHWA-SA-94-027 or Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millenium Edition, December 2000, FHWA. a. Church Street, Annville PA - On or about March 26, 2024, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from vehicular traffic, the employer was allowing for delivery trucks, postal vehicles and school vehicles to bypass the road closure signs without implementing additional safeguards to protect the employees in the road and excavation. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
