29 CFR 1910.304(c)(2): Clearance from ground. Open conductors, open multiconductor cables, and service-drop conductors of not over 600 volts, nominal, shall conform to the minimum clearances specified in Table S-6. a) On or about March 26, 2024, Ensign Rig #773 in front of mud pits, employees were utilizing a trailer containing chemicals that had a (120v) black electrical cable that was not suspended at a minimum height clearance of 10 feet. b) On or about March 26, 2024, Ensign Rig #773 in front of mud pits, employees were utilizing a trailer containing chemicals that had a (120v) black electrical cable that was not suspended at a minimum height clearance of 10 feet.
