On or about March 26, 2024, employees were not in use of fall protection while performing framing work activities at upper levels of residential buildings greater than six (6) feet to the ground below. a.) On the residential building located at the corner of the street, an employee was performing framing work activities without the use of fall protection. b.) On the residential building with no framed roof, an employee was performing framing work activities without the use of fall protection.
