Chestnut St Hazelton, PA- On or about March 26, 2024, employees working in a trench that was approximately ten (10) feet deep were exposed to engulfment hazards without a safe means of egress located within 25 feet of lateral travel. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
