29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof: a) On or about March 26, 2023, at the jobsite: employees and subcontractors were working on a commercial building that was 6800 sq ft and did not have fire extinguishers within the vicinity of the building, exposing employees to burn hazards. The fire extinguishers were located in the General Contract trailer that was approximately 168 feet away from the building.
