29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a- Building 8, Bordentown NJ: On or about 03/26/23 a DeWalt DW276 portable electric drill, outfitted with a drywall screw attachment, in use by the company worksite Foreman and a worker, was powered with a flexible cord that contained exposed wires. b- Building 8, Bordentown NJ: On or about 03/26/23 a DeWalt DW276 portable electric drill outfitted with a drywall screw attachment, in use by the company worksite Foreman and a worker, was being powered with a flexible extension cord that contained exposed, uninsulated, and uncovered wires. c - Building 8, Bordentown NJ: On or about 03/26/23 a Rigid R3205 VN portable electric circular saw, in use by the company worksite Foreman and a worker, was being powered with a flexible cord that contained exposed wires.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- Building 8, Bordentown NJ: The company worksite Foreman and a worker were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from at and near the unprotected edges of a commercial structure's 2nd floor balcony without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/26/24.
