A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times. On or about April 15, 2024, at establishment located at 1025 W 20th Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin: Employer failed to ensure employees operating powered industrial trucks observed all warehouse traffic signs/signals during operations, and failed to enforce a no ?bulldozing? policy to prevent employee exposure to struck by hazards.

U.S. Postal Service DBA USPS Seminole P&DC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1407646, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2036 E. Landstreet Rd., Orlando, Florida.
