This condition exposed employees to chemical burns and health hazards.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1): Portable electric equipment was not handled in a manner which would not cause damage: H&P Rig #426: On or about March 27, 2024, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to a flexible cord that was hung with zip ties to metal wire underneath Mud Engineer's Trailer in a manner that could damage the outer jacket and insulation.
