29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: H&P Rig #426: On or about March 27, 2024, inside the Doghouse, the electrical power cable to the Electronic Drilling Recorder (EDR) had a strain relief that was broken. This condition exposed employees to electrical fire hazards.
