29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns.  At the jobsite, employees were not wearing hardhats while working below other employees that were installing framing material to a residential house, exposing employees to struck-by hazards from falling objects.   Ramon Limon-Garcia, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1402565, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 30, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 213 Calloway Creek Fort Worth, Texas 76118.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.   At the jobsite, employees operating Interchange Hitachi nail guns while performing framing activities were not wearing eye protection, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by flying objects.  Ramon Limon-Garcia, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1402565, Citation Number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 30, 2019,  with respect to a workplace located at 213 Calloway Creek Fort Worth, Texas 76118.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   At the jobsite, employees engaged in framing activities at a height of over 6 feet were not protected by a fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to an unprotected fall of over 11 feet to the ground below.  Ramon Limon-Garcia, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1402565, Citation Number 1, Item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on May 30, 2019,  with respect to a workplace located at 213 Calloway Creek Fort Worth, Texas 76118.  Ramon Limon-Garcia, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1495597, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 13, 2020,  with respect to a workplace located at  907 Uplands Dr. Northlake, Texas 76247.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  At the jobsite, the employer did not provide a training program with hazard recognition and avoidance training where employees were performing framing activities above 6 feet without fall protection and exposed to fall hazards at a heights of approximately  11 feet to the ground below.
