29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Jobsite, 102 Rames Gate Rd. Cranberry Twps. 16066: On or about March 25, 2024, three employees were framing a residential home at heights approximately 10 feet above the ground without utilizing fall protection.  The Larson Corner Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1516892, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 13, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1769 Abbeyville Rd, Valley City, OH 44280.

29 CFR 1926.503(c): When the employer had reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained did not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer did not retrain each employee:  a) Jobsite, 102 Rames Gate Rd. Cranberry Twps. 16066: On or about March 25, 2024, during framing activities, the employer did not ensure that employees who were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet was given fall protection retraining.
