29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control box(es) were not clearly marked for identification of functions: On or about April 2, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the pendant controls for the south Kone 5 ton overhead crane were missing the labels for the buttons. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards from suspended loads.
