29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv)(B): The review and update of the exposure control plan did not document annually consideration and implementation of appropriate commercially available and effective safer medical devices designed to eliminate or minimize occupational exposure: a) Various locations in Bucks & Montgomery County, PA - On or about March 28, 2024, employees were potentially exposed to bloodborne pathogens and the employer did not document annual consideration and implementation of commercially available and effective safer medical devices in accordance with this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(N):The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain an opportunity for interactive questions or answers with the person conducting the training session: a) Various locations in Bucks & Montgomery County, PA, training performed remotely - On or about March 28, 2024, employees with potential exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials were provided training on bloodborne pathogens, however, the employer did not provide an opportunity for interactive questions to employees while receiving the training in accordance with this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
