29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. A) At Lot 298: On or about 03/27/2024, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 16 ft. and greater to the lower ground level, in that, a fall protection system was not provided while engaged in roofing activities on a 5/12 pitched roof.
